As one of the largest independent Mechanical Contractors in Houston, we have always believed in the freedom of choice. So, it was only natural that in 2016 we started delivering “open protocol” Building Automation Systems (BAS) to our customers.

We thought it was important for us to provide solutions to our customers that do not lock them into a complex relationship with a specific product or vendor. And since we’ve taken this path, we have become quite adapt helping customers that have been “locked in”, by integrating their major BAS systems into an open protocol system, and helping them carve a plan to a full open protocol system over time.
