Applying technology to anticipate problems

We leverage all the latest construction software for greater efficiency and accuracy to anticipate problems earlier than previous construction standards. Our in-house three-dimensional BIM capabilities allow us to address problems before they appear on the job site. We can also bring three-dimensional BIM to the jobsite via our Augmented Reality system to help us lay-out our work to perfectly reflect the model.

Utilized for over 15 years in our industry, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the bridge between design and construction. We utilize the most progressive virtual construction software and tactics available on the market that allow our team to seamlessly pass through the sequence of layout, coordination, and pre-fabrication design. With in-house capabilities to develop LOD 500 BIM models, we take your project from Concept Design to As-Built conditions. We also integrate all the Facilities Management and Maintenance data required for a full 7D BIM model.

Our three-dimensional coordination models represent the product that we install, ensuring that all project stakeholders can view and virtually interact with our systems prior to entering the actual construction phase of the project. Our BIM deliverables are designed for the customer to walk away with a true digital representation of their mechanical system that can be utilized for the life cycle of the building.

Comfort Systems USA (South Central) installs prefabricated and sub assembled systems from our 82,000-square foot fabrication facility. Sheetmetal, piping, and plumbing systems start in our facility and are delivered to the site to simplify logistics, reduce waste, and keep your project clean and organized. This reduces the time necessary in the field to install our systems and improves our quality and safety performance.
