Our current customer satisfaction rating is 97.3%. Our Customer Solutions Center runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide a “one stop” call in place for our clients, for service, repairs, or concerns.
Once a call is received, we dispatch to the technician’s iPad and the technician promptly responds to the customer’s needs.
Our average response time is currently 23 minutes, for an average facility coverage of 15,000,000 square feet, including 160 buildings and work centers.
