As Director of Safety & Risk Management, my job is to get every employee home safely to their families each day. And, it’s important to me that we achieve this. To do this, I need to inspire and lead every level of employee from the President to our field and hands on team members to take a leadership position on safety. At CSUSASC, every person is always individually responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of everyone around them. We take care of each other. At CSUSASC, safety is not something you do— but, rather a result of how safely we do it.
